Terri McNally is the Owner and
President of Global Capital, Ltd., an asset management and equipment financing company
based in Chicago, doing business in 13 countries. Global
Capital partners with its clients to secure financing and overcome obstacles
and capital constraints that inhibit business growth.
Prior
to founding Global Capital, Ltd., Terri held positions with GE Capital, Fleet
Capital and AT&T Capital with an emphasis on originating and structuring equipment
financing transactions. She has over
25 years of financial experience including operations, financial statement and
cash flow analysis and global business experience. Terri has been instrumental in closing in excess of
$1.0 billion dollars in equipment financing. Global Capital funds our own transactions and we do not sell
our deals. You will always work
with Global Capital, Ltd. at the beginning of the transaction, midterm and end
of lease negotiations.
In
addition to her running her business, Ms. McNally has concentrated her
volunteer efforts focusing on women’s entrepreneurship and economic empowerment
both domestically and internationally. She is an International Ambassador and National
Partner for Women Impacting Public Policy and sits on their Advisory Board. Ms.
McNally has also been a member of the National Leadership
Forum and Board of Directors for the Women’s Business Enterprise Council
(WBENC). In 2010 Terri co-founded Women for Wounded Warriors, a
nonprofit 501C-3 which enables the spouses and caregivers of those serving in the military to
get training, mentorship and ultimately economic empowerment. Terri has been able to successfully use her entrepreneurial experience
as a platform for discussions regarding women business issues, finance, and
economic empowerment in summits in parts of the world such as Mexico City,
Dubai, Berlin, and the UK. Beyond managing a 100% woman-owned company herself, Terri
is strongly committed to further developing a diverse business community and Terri is passionate about mentoring other female entrepreneurs and sharing
her experiences through various speaking engagements around the world. She is
also a leader in her local community, serving on The Board of Directors for
YWCA for Lake County. Terri is also a Member of The Chicago Network
and The Executives Club of Chicago. Terri’s unique ability
is to energetically accomplish these many things has and continues to lead to positive
outcomes and lasting relationships throughout the world. Her passion is
inspiring others to reach their highest possibilities. She is mother of 4 grown children, one recently back from serving
in Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne Division.
