Harleen Singh is on the Board of Surge and has served as the
Director of Community Outreach for nearly 3 years. She was born and raised in
Illinois, and recognizes that people living in this part of the world often
take clean, fresh water for granted. This realization combined with her
understanding that the global water crisis affects billions daily is what has
ignited Harleen’s passion for the cause.
She actively works to engage members of the community and has played
multiple leadership roles at Surge such as directing the Host Committee for
signature events, co-chairing the Annual Fall Event, recruiting volunteers, and
chairing the Fundraising committee. Harleen has a Bachelors in Finance from
DePaul University and a Masters in Business Administration from North Central
College. She currently works as a
Project Accountant for Hines, an international Real Estate firm in
Chicago.

on water management, sanitation and hygiene to thousands more.
