Adrienne Alexander




Adrienne Alexander is a lobbyist & policy researcher for AFSCME Council 31. She is the lead on budget analysis and political issues for both the City of Chicago and Cook County, and serves as part of AFSCME's lobbying team for State of Illinois. Adrienne is active in the broader labor movement as vice president and founding member of the group Next Up: Chicago Young Workers, recognized by the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO). Adrienne is a graduate of Agnes Scott College, a women's in Georgia, and attended graduate school at the University of Minnesota and after spending a year doing a fellowship through the Congressional Hunger Center. Adrienne has a bad habit of live tweeting government proceedings as @DriXander, but we think that's good.
